Ithaka is a coffee roastery being built by World Barista Champion, Dale Harris.

 We’re moving slowly, and building a business based on quality, service, sustainability, human connection and attention to the small details.

We’ll never be the biggest roastery, but we can be one that makes a fresh positive impact within our community.

We're working through the final details of being able to ship our coffees across the UK reliably - Join the newsletter and you'll get first access to our coffees :)

I'm a cafe interested in serving Ithaka coffee - What do I do?

We have capacity for 25 wholesale clients and a limited amount of guest supply

When will my order be roasted or shipped?

As we begin this adventure we’re slowly building the systems and refining them, with a goal of roasting and shipping the day following your order being placed.

Right now we’re roasting each of our single origins once or twice a week, and  will post the available quantity on the site along with the most recent roast date - once they sell out the coffee will be out of stock until the next roast is packed

We’re still working out the peak rest time on our coffees, with a stable and delicious balance seeming to come in around 18days onwards. We’d recommend waiting this long for best results with espresso.


Can I pre-order unavailable coffees?

Yes - If the coffees listed as out of stock, but is visible under "coffees' then drop us an e-mail at hello@ithaka.coffee and we'll work it out together :)

What should I do if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

Just e-mail us, hello@ithaka.coffee, and we'll back with you within 48hrs

Any unopened coffee or other items ordered can be returned within 14 days for a refund - Just contact us at hello@ithaka.coffee to arrange

Opened coffee can't be refunded, but if you have any issues please contact us hello@ithaka.coffee and we'll do our best to find a happy solution together
