Tasting Bar

Nestled in the creative heart of Birmingham, alongside our roastery space we share our coffees and philosophy at our tasting bar, open Monday through Saturday, where we get to share our coffees and other unique creations with you.

We believe coffee is about human connection, powerful stories and a tactile sensory  experience, something exciting yet approachable. Our bar is an expression of these values, and when you visit we'll pair the coffees with hospitality and conversation wherever you hope to take it.

Alongside classic espresso with milk beverages, we feature a rotating menu of signature drinks, or you can get a filter brewed with any coffee from our range.

We keep our retail shelf fully stocked with beans (or ground on request) and we're always happy to help you pick the right bag for you.

How to Find Us

Tucked away under the railway arches next to the Custard Factory, our cafe marks the front of the roastery.

Opening Hours

Mon - Sat, 9am - 3pm

The 97 bus stops a 2 minute walk away, or if you're cycling in, there is space to lock up just around the corner. There is a small pay and display car park directly opposite.

FAQs

  • Alongside whole dairy milk, we offer Minor Figures Oat for any standard drink plus a range of vegan friendly signature drinks.

  • For the non coffee drinkers we have matcha, chai, hot chocolate as well as a range of teas from our friends at Waterloo Tea.

  • We don't currently offer any food options, however you are welcome to bring in your own. We can recommend our neighbours at Alfred Works!

  • Yes, the front door has a ramp leading up to it and the double doors can be opened for extra manoeuvring room. However, please bare with us as we don't currently have an accessible toilet.
